For those interested, I recorded the show and made a nice cut version out of it (there's a 1 minute dutch intro, and a 2 minute dutch outro with people saying how awesome it was), the actual transition in the middle is barely noticeable.

Some specificationsRecorded from the radio stream (which was 128kbps), merged some parts with a DVB recorded version. Cut away most of the dutch chatter and exported as MP3 at 128kbps (no use in higher as the stream itself was only 128kbps).
For those interested, I also have a FLAC version (about 700MB) but I couldn't notice any difference in quality compared to this MP3.
The audio was at his max volume when being recorded, but without hitting the "TOO LOUD SOUND"-buffer (around -10dB and -6dB, never hitting 0dB), so no filters where used to make the record louder than it was.
A small tip, don't use Nero, but use CD Burner XP, you will be able to create a gap-less CD WITHOUT a click-sound in the transition.
