Reason, here you see why you start with a naked body for almost every human character. Clothing will look much more natural.

If someone can't stand pixel nudity: get a life. However, I'll add NSFW in the title.

I imagine it like this:
if a boss fastly sweeps over your monitor and sees this, it's NSFW. It won't be censored in anyway, other than a little advice for those who watch PS at work.

Unless you're in the graphical/modelling business I think most bosses would frown upon pictures like this.

They would frown upon you looking at some site rather then doing work. So NSFW 'title' is pointless when it's something like this.
