Chaos Theory - Server Question

Hi. I know there's quite a few stealth lovers here. My question is if I was to buy Chaos Theory today, would I be able to create a server with my friend to play co-op together? Just wondering if Ubi didn't close down their servers or anything. Thanks.

I just re-bought CT via Steam because I don't want the StarForce of my 2 retail copies on my PC.
As far as I know, the SvM servers are online. I am fairly certain the servers for Coop are too, but Coop has always been a bit buggy with connections.
