Title: Unreal Tournament 4 coming to Linux for Free!

Does this have any effect on Project Stealth whatsoever? Would it mean it will be easier to bring PS to Linux?

Why would that have any impact on Project Stealth, what you are speaking of is the GAME Unreal Tournament not the Unreal Engine.
As far as I know UE4 already supports Linux and can also port games to Linux.

UE4 does not support Linux, only UE4.1

UE4.1 came out the same month as the initial release which means everbody who bought it also got the 4.1 update.
