I figured I'd show off a bit, these are the souvenirs from my first experience in competative gaming. My University starcraft II team played for a $5000 prize pool at CES.

It was so sick! Made it to the Ro16 being knocked out by the #2 seed...

Wow! No really, those are really nice congratulations!

Were there any winners for that 5000$ pool? Also how did your team managed to get that 5000$? Was it sponsored?

It was sponsored by NOS and MLG. We didn't very get close to the cash but we did get free food and hotel. All I know is that the finals were between U Indian and U Michigan, they are the guys who got their hands on the money.

So it wasn't winner takes all? Oh well I bet it was way fun to participate. I wonder if the University got anything for it because I am sure it did give them a hefty recognition. Or should've at least.
