I think that changing the spies stance (like Sam in CT SP), when hes near the merc would be cool, but it would need lots of animations (climbing - closer to the ladder, hanging - somewhat culled, crouching - sneaky like Sam in SP, Standing - Head lower, arms ready for grab, and lighter steps)
Just some ideas, i know some are crap, but this would look VERY cool.
