Crossfire

Two part question:

I have a Diamond Radeon HD 3850 w/256MB GDDR3 RAM.

If I was to get a Diamond Radeon HD 3850 w/512MB GDDR3 RAM would I:

a.  Be able to run Crossfire with them since they are the same card with just different amounts of RAM?

and

b.  be able to see a noticable difference in my games? (Source, UTIII, Crysis, et cetera)

Yes u can cross fire, not sure how much a dif u would notice.
