Charged while hanging

I can't say how many times this has happened with me as merc and the spy gets away

just by performing a hangover on the side of a crate and gets away after being charged, will

This be prevented  in project stealth. My question is  like does that have something to do with lag

or just poor animation ? .

It has something to do with the implementing programmer telling their manager it's temporary then BOOM! Deadline looms, implementing it properly becomes a lower priority, not enough programmers on the team to finish the higher priority tasks on time, game gets shipped.

There is no bug that can't be fixed by hiring more programmers.

It's not poor animations, the thing is doing exactly what it's supposed to. The thing is that there isn't anything to stop that animation so you can "get charged".

thats half of what im getting at but the other half would be you charge the spy from the side

and he doesn't loose grip, and just ends up climbing up and Jumping your head..

We can all agree CT was a lousy coded piece of shit. They left out numerous checks ingame (including this one).

Ofcourse, we will put in these checks (doesn't matter what you do, if you get charged, current action will be canceled, be it ziplining or climbing).

Not sure though, but what if you charge a spy that grabbed another merc? I think it's actually good if that action gets "canceled" as well. Just like you can headshot the spy while he holds a merc.

Ok what about the camo-while-hacking bug? Does the same apply to it or it's something else?

The hacking itself is an animation. Camo has nothing to do with it.

Yes but i have tested it with some people, and it doesn't work without camo.

Ok, here goes: we're working on *cough* and have plans for an unique *couch*. For coolness, there are plans for *cough* but it's not sure if that will be made. And the *cough* is coming along nicely but it needs more *cough*.
