It's not a stupid idea at all, the submarine isn't exactly suitable but small swimming elements would definitely work well, and I don't see what makes him counter productive, at least he didn't say lets take equipment away each round, now THAT'S stupid.

it may be a bad solution, but pointing out imbalances in the eq system certainly doesn't classify as "stupid".

its not even an issue that produces inbalance lol.
spawn = to give birth to; give rise to.

Spawn + Re (as prefix) = to produce same action again. [give birth to again (resulting in a same final product)]

since when is respawning an imbalincing issue? and who would want to -respawn- as a character with less ammo? thats just silly...  what would it be then? cause i wouldnt call that respawning lol.

i know that the argument was "mercs kill themselves for more ammo"
so what? they only have 3 lives anyway lol... and whats the point of being "reborn" or having 3 lives, if your going to be incomplete.
