-Would be more strict throughout the forums
-Would try to set goal dates (tentative) and keep the people notified of the progress as to not lose any interest.
-Would have music playing on the forum (probably a bitch to stream, but would be cool I guess- more of a site thing)
-I would be more involved with the people talking on the forums...there are only a few of you that seem like you care about the people's input.

had more, but just had a brainfart....

Strictness... would you mean Ubi-strict? Or just allow less bullshitting in general?

Less BS in the proper forum areas. Off topic can be rambunctious, but there's no need for it in the core.

You should definitely dispose of people who are bad apples...especially if its constantly occurring warning after warning.

Ubi strict is dumb, but in the general forums you could do a better job at keeping the flow on-topic and locking stuff when it degrades to flamewars.

OT is OT so just let that be unmoderated.

I also think you should put an end to "ban XXXX" polls.

Tidenburg

- A bit more forum moderation.

- More text updates, we don't need to see somthing all the time. Lennards blog content was good enough but at the moment it's not built in at all so knowing it's been updated is kinda hard.

What westfall said.  I won't drop names or anything, but let the banhammer be swift.

Do more polls about gameplay elements. If you're developing part of the game and think 'hold on, this wasn't done so well in CT', don't just keep the issue in the dev forum, make a poll in the Public Discussion section.

Only other thing I can really think of is to moderate the Public Discussion with more care, too many people are getting away with too much shit as far as I'm concerned. Maybe also, the devs need to take more attention of the threads in Public Discussion, because at the moment in SOME of the topics we make a useful conclusion yet we don't have any guarantees that any of the devs are going to implent our ideas or have even see them.

Roberto1223

i would be fair.
i would ban people whom deserve to be banned.

We dont hold polls about gameplay, because there isn't any... yes, IMO it's overdue. However, gameplay it self consists of a few counters (time counting down, objectives counting down and number of hacked objectives counting up).

We can't say wheter or not we will implement something, there will be a whole team-discussion before anything gets an official word. For now, just the core, then all the new ideas, I learned a lot about managing a project last few months and doing a little bit of this and a little bit of that isn't going to work.

You can be assured I do READ the ideas and only drop in if I think it's going the wrong way (Ahum: Tazer-Flamethrower...).

I hope that answered your concerns.

That's because the devs don't read the public discussion. Look at the first 10 topics and you can easily see why.

- For the dev team to stop being so secretive about the project (in terms of what they're doing and whats being planned etc).

- Get rid of the tick tock crap and just say the news / updates as they come. Even if its just a small thing every week or two, it will reassure people the project is still moving forward.

- Kick the troublemaker.

flamewars are fine, as long as they are based on a topic. Like religion.
