Splinter Cell Conviction: Release Date

I have been following up on Conviction for a while now, and I thought I would check out Gamestation and Play.com to see if they posted the release date, I wasn't disappointed :).

The Xbox 360 release date hasn't been updated yet (they still say it was released five days ago :P) but the PC release date has been updated to the 31st of October, 2009. Click here for proof.

On Play.com the release date is different, they say it will be released on the 25th of October for the Xbox 360/PC. Click here for proof. Apparently you get a torch too, sounds exciting :D.

ubisoft site says that conviction will be released in 2010.  -.-

Maybe they haven't updated their fiscal release date estimate into the actual release date.

One can hope, conviction really piqued my interest lately.  I'm still doubting that AC2 and Conviction will come out in the same 2 months.  One of them will be delayed.
