How is the progress on the PS editor going?  What will make it different and more convenient than UDK?  If you could design the editor to be quite simple to work with, I am sure many people would consider making maps.  Obviously there is no such thing as an easy editor due to the complexity of map making, but if you have easy navigation and a help section included then it could be useful to the general public who wants to make maps without spending weeks figuring out how to work with it.  So I guess I am wondering how you are approaching the situation of an editor.

It's an extended UDK editor. We added custom Kismet nodes and extra options in the properties of objects.
If you want to get familiar with it, the best way is to start creating maps in UDK. The PS Editor works in the same way.

Ok, thanks.  For the "extra options in the properties of objects," does this allow us to simply use the already created ladders, poles, objectives, railings, etc. for our own maps by inserting them with only manually assigned heights needed?  I was also wondering whether it would include general information about the size of vents for a) slow walking, b) crouching, and c) walking inside of them along with the maximum height available for a) a regular jump, b) a running up the wall jump, c) coop jump into them.  Will basic textures of the vents and others be included?  Other infomation could include distances such max grenade distances horizontally and vertically, spy trap/dioxin/laser distances.  I am sure there are many other things that could be brought up as well, but this is just to name a few.  An editor guide including a lot of shortcuts like this could really benefit the designer.  Of course I am thinking way in advance here, and I don't even know if this is really possible or not...

Could you post the heights of the players in various stances, or even the average vent heights and hallway heights.

It's identical to CT.

I was simply asking someone for that quote, as I could vaguely recall it. I don't have CT installed so it does me no good to know that it's the same.
