Do you know where I can find 3D models of SC / PT / CT / DA or Conviction for 3DS Max - Maya or C4D ?

I doubt there are source files. You'd have to reverse engineer them I think. Which isn't allowed.

idd you can't just get the models of any game (except open like unreal etc) because it's illegal and you have to rip them from a game resources

Depends on the EULA of the game and  if your country falls within the European Union.

SCDA for example has the following notice in the EULA:
Quote
This Licence is an agreement between you, the ââ,¬Å"Userââ,¬Â, and Ubisoft Entertainment and/or its licensors and/or its beneficiaries (ââ,¬Å"Ubisoftââ,¬Â), which grants the User the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Multimedia Product.
This Licence is valid in every countries except in the U.S.A, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, The Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and United Kingdom.
Meaning you can completely ignore it if you live in one of those countries. Note though that instead local laws will apply.

If you fall within the European Union, the following applies:
Quote
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This work created in accordance with the laws of the European Union, with specific reference to Council Directive 91/250/EEC of the 14th May 1991: Article 6: Decompilation and Article 5: Exceptions to the restricted acts.
Reverse engineering a program legitimately bought for studying or modifying its code is perfectly legal in the European Union.

there is available software that rips the 3d data and textures from the game while you play it.

Its only good for educational purposes though.  Models are triangulated,  textures are compressed, and any kind of animation is lost.

Use of these models violates copyrights,  although ripping the data i doubt is.  The software just takes the data out of memory,  so doesnt modify any existing source code.  Game companies do it all the time when they want to figure out techniques used by competing studios.

One way or another, it's still legal where I live :D
