Someone can help me with C4D?

Im a beginner on this Software and I wanna learn much about them. .. Now I try learning some stuff alone but I need help for 1 thing. How can I bind a thing (for ex. a gun , flashbang etc.) in Cinema 4D on a characters hand ? When I don't do that I must alway set every frame the gun on the hand. But there must be another way or?
