How can I have never seen the "Multiplayer" option... still local only is not really a MP...

Portable Ops/Syphon Filter multiplayer is pretty fun, have been doing that together with Overstatement few years ago!

lol tell the goldeneye and super smash bros fan boys that local MP isn't really multiplayer  :D They would murder you

Good to see that someone else played PO online.  Once you got used to the less-than-good controls, it wasn't that bad online.  It had a bunch of unique characters/weapons to use and be creative with.  Fun times.

@Jrv, that's actually pretty funny.  I knew I saw a screenshot of CT SvM for DS somewhere.  On this site maybe?  Ubi has been cutting corners lately.  I just wonder what the replay value of this game will be.  I mean, I already beat the same campaign they are using like 3 times, and there is nothing besides that campaign?  I want to get it, I want to believe it will be good, but the last 2 SC titles have made me doubt the franchise/ubi.  The way this one is shaping up I doubt it will change.

Don't generalize, I meant local for PSP, not Wii.

Farley@ YouTube, Forums(Ubi and other), Torrents use them, you can even torrent a file play it a bit and then think if it's worth buying that way you know what you get, and you don't lose much.

Let's take a look at the following incentives to buy this port:

Conviction-inspired aesthetics

PS2 level design (loading between each "zone" included)

PS2 graphics (Looks like it's even worse)

Awful framerate

No co-op

No multiplayer

Crappy aiming

Sub-par remixes of Amon Tobin's great original soundtrack

Seemingly no quick saving (a bone-head move for a portable game if true)

Did I mention the shitty Conviction art direction these hacks have shoe-horned? Because that sucks ass.

Jesus H. Christ, I think these guys are trying to out do the porting disaster that was Chaos Theory DS. Even that game had multiplayer and fucking co-op!

Yeah I'm a little confuzzled by this release.  I don't get how exactly this will be better than the last one, which wasn't too good.  3D?  I'll wait for reviews but I just don't get it.

seems... passable?

I just don't get how you can constantly release remakes with less features than the original and call it good.  Sure it's on a handheld, but not even coop?
