1 horizontally from me.

Achievements aren't needed. Little gameplay medals (like post-round Halo) would be... something. Stone went all out on this in another thread. Difference between the two? Medals mean nothing. You could argue that achievements mean nothing also, BUT... You don't change how you play based on medals. You don't join a server to sit there and grind out a medal. It's there simply to give you something for something you were already going to do/already did.

Redundant? Yeah.

Fun (for some)? Yeah.

Ignorable (by everyone not included above)? Totally.

I wouldn't mind getting a little medal post-game (Perhaps with a funny picture) that tells me that I killed two people with one grenade that round. Reminds me that I did something "different".
If you haven't noticed, I'm REALLY good at making a simple response into a wall of text.

LoL I do get sex and alcohol whenever I wish for it(No drugs, drugs are baaad... uhm k?) and Splinter cell is definetly not for nerds. I think that you... Wait a sec why do I have to explain such obvious things?! I say we have an official troll guys. As the saying goes "Obvious Troll is obvious". Just stop feeding him.

instead of all this sarcasm you could just say what you think... WITHOUT sarcasm. It would be much less confusing for everyone, since it seems that some people don't get that you are talking in [sarcasm]what you think[/sarcasm].

A bit sarcasm is ok but there is so much sarcasm in all the blogs/forums that i know of, that i cannot even see what sarcasm is and what isn't :o

well w/e  :P

Call of Duty sold more games than any splinter cell game did, so therefore it's a better game.

But Kinect is just for 360s, and if I want to wank to an Xbox game I already have Ketsui.

I need something for my PC that will deliver too.

That Project Stealth should incorporate some features from the highly innovative and original Call of Duty series.

For instance, the game should contain unlock-able perks which give your character special abilities, such as advanced climbing techniques, unlimited sprinting, and heat vision. Furthermore, I think the spies should be equipped with high-powered assault rifles with ACOG scopes to allow for more streamlined and balanced gameplay.(Only mercs have guns? Whasup with that dawg?) Also, the maps need to be simplified. Too much time is spent using strategy and sneaking around while using tactics to accomplish your mission.  People don't want to think, they want to blow shit up and get virtual pussy! The maps should be highly linear and contain simplified routes as to not confuse or bore the player for the 15 or so seconds he may spend before he can get to the merc with his high powered assault rifle. Also, I think since spies are sneaky, they should get sniper rifles because snipers are also sneaky, and in Call of Duty you can have an assault rifle and a sniper rifle with the bling perk. To balance it out, Mercs should get rocket launchers, a radar-styled heartbeat sensor, and a tactical nuke if they get a large killstreak.  Everyone knows that twitch-based action is much more fulfilling than having to think about tactics.
That gets me into aesthetics. I want to feel accomplished when I kill someone, so I want random symbols that I don't understand or recognize to flood my screen every time I kill someone or accomplish objectives. The game should have a very streamlined matchmaking system and a Hollywood storyline to go along with it's over-hyped 3 hour single player campaign. Furthermore, 4 players simply isn't enough. It should be more like 16-32 players. Only having 1 other teammate puts too much pressure on the player and he may feel overwhelmed.

Follow this advice guys, and you've got one hell of an innovative blockbuster title. I'd buy it in an instant, and when you came out with it's sequel in 12 months with 2 new basic features and new skins over the same game engine, I'll be your first customer.
Greetings, my fellow troll!

Whatever guys, keep ignoring my perfectly logical suggestions and call me a "troll" to make up for the fact that you can't argue your point of view. So immature.

The problem is that it's not CoD or UT game, PS is another type of game, accept it or don't play it.
2v2 is just greatest thing in that game, you should get good mate and play with him like with the best friend. Anyway I know some ppl with who I've played in RL so it's also different game with them now.
No one on that forums get bored of that slow paced gameplay because all here LOVE it.
Spions don't have guns because they ''cannot" kill while doing mission, mercs are like normal security but security of more important things than alcohol shop in your town, they are like Whorehouse security.
"People don't want to think, they want to blow shit up and get virtual pussy!" - If you play with young players then ofcourse, they want to blow shit up, but Versus community is a little different and we don't really want to have next copy of CoD.

Anyway IMHO. Devs will don't even listen to you so, I don't have to care about honest oldschool gameplay. ;D

I hope you get that what I've wrote.  ???

So you say that all mass produced things are "better", than Quality Products?

If that is true, then any mass produced watch is "better" than ROLEX because it sold more...

That is true, but it only makes it a better game because it's advertised and seen a lot more than others.

But you can't really compare it to SvM, since it has a different playstyle, and Jrv, don't call people immature, they know what their saying, and right now, you sound like you are the biggest hypocrite after pissing on my Xfire that I play Conviction, which indeed was a great concept and a story mode with Coop, just some of the features didn't work out.

After 2 Post, page 4 is created because a page got 15 posts and this post is the 14th... SO POST!

The truth is, that the community already failed with the 1st reply...

Ok.

[edit: Closed because the people that might like PS should not get the impression we are like CoD and then they might frown and leave. In that order. And no, not a 4th page]
