I can guarantee Neo's IP doesn't match agent's one and I don't think they are big friends or sth. He is just sorry for agent and I can understand that cause you keep attacking agent on every post and that's just because you(most of active community members) know him longer. You could actually forgive him and try from the begining but he(agent) never asked for it. It's his choice.
