Never touch anything else.

Drawing Manga/Anime is pretty fun.
I use to draw it a lot more, but nowadays I find myself doing a lot of requests and doing specific styles for my assignments and such.

Most recently I've been trying to perfect high contrast lighting.

This was a request I did for someone at the Ubi forumz.

One of the many good tips to nice painting in Photoshop is to not use soft brushes.

Yeah, I had to learn it quite the hard way when my drawings appeared ridicilously blurry and shite with the soft brush :(

Jazz, do you ever use a keyboard when you draw with your tablet or hardly ever?

Yeah, all the time. Not necessarily when I'm painting.
But if I'm selecting or skewing, using affects etc.
I always use keyboard shortcuts.

...some of the most important, Ctrl + S, Ctrl + Z, and Ctrl + Alt + Z :D

Ctrl + Z is the only reason why Digital Painting surpasses traditional mediums in the gaming industry xD

Also, can you be a super awesome manjomufaka and make a screenshot of all of your brushes you can select? Just interested.

To me, it's a very stupid comparison, because without number 1, number 2 would not exist.

And every artist knows that.

As well as, the number 1 was drawn by traditional mediums by the looks of it, number 2 was drawn digitally for most. To be a good artist traditional mediums is a must to cover the foundation work which cannot be skipped or cheated.

THE THREE CABALLEROS!!!

One of the greats, and unknown to many in my generation. Why? Should be spoken in the same breath as the Lion King, Snow White, etc... but it's not as popular. Kind of sad.

I said mostly. I was talking about shits like naruto. They make 1 episode per week. 1 Disney production is 2 or more years....

Loved that movie, quite underrated indeed. Was just about to ask what the title was again.

In my opinion, the fighting anime are great, DBZ I still want to watch, even all of the Digimon as well as the Yu-gi-oh series.

Naruto is a good anime, people just don't keep their head open minded towards the story. Hell I didn't like Rock Lee at first, but later on, he seems like one of the most refreshing characters ever made in the series.
