So if it isn't possible for a mod to get dlc, then is it possible for it to get updates?  If not, that would really suck.  Sorry I am new to pc gaming, been playing consoles with no mods and I don't know much about that stuff.

Nope, Papa, when a game is made for the PC - updates are never available.  Companies just make up imaginary things called "patches" which they send out to customers for their jeans and stuff.  ::)

So, it is possible for a mod to get updates.  I got it.  I just didn't know if a mod could get updates.  So it is possible to come out with new maps/gadgets/models in the future right? 

ps: give me a break guys come on.  I think that the only pc game I have ever played was cold shadow, and that was when I was around 10.  Anyone ever played that game? 

PPS:  It still won't let me play the dlc, what a joke.
