Waking up your partner

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can wake up your partner after he has been knocked out by either sticky cam, jumping on, ect. I think it would be nice if your fellow merc is right there to be able to wake him up quickly to get back in to defense, or offense for spies.

what do you guys think?

That is already a feature in CT. The Merc and the Spy can each wake up their respective partner. Often times with the merc though, if you are trying to wake your partner up just as he is waking up you will berzerk and kill him instead.  >:(

You can already do that, yes.  Most times you will have a spy around that has jumped on your teammate merc or the gas hasn't cleared yet so you can't go wake him up.  It's not all that useful but I'll still do it when I can.

it's useful and a basic part of the game mechanics. another example how bad a good tutorial is needed.

There is no icon... You just walk over the dude and kick him/ punch him in the face (spy/ merc relatively) lol

Hey bob just wondering, how long have you been playing?  This really should be discussed in the tutorial because it's hard to pick up these kinds of things really quickly.

Better tutorial = Smarter Noobs lol  :D  Seriously though, kinda true.

I played a lot back when PT and CT first came out. I just started playing again like two weeks ago so I basically had to re-learn everything.

Same here, I probably took 3 or 4 months off because of all the new 360 games.  Funny that I went back to a game that isn't even meant for 360.
