No, there's not much humour in that. I prefer a humourous way of modding when it's necessary.

Oh em gee, did everyone forget how the spy was recognized as having the glowing three eye visions?
Seriously, if these new beams shooting out of what are supposed to be eyes are going to stay, might as well make it "alien vs. mercenary"

guggle....we are concerned with copyrights and are not going to rip off UBI.

3-lens goggles would be trademark infringement.

Fine, I understand, but I don't think that beaming eyes is a good alternative.

And we tested 6+ designs and this one was the final version. ;)

I think that a 3 goggle lenses on just one eye is still the coolest and the most badass.  I think that Kebab modeled one like that and it looks just sick.  Looks a lot like predator, but what's wrong with that lol  We aren't in any copyright fueds with the guys that made predator are w ;De?

Guggle

The spy should have been left somewhere around this point : http://www.projectstealthgame.com/index.php/topic,160.45.html.
Right now it looks like a creature, not a human! Good Kebab's modeling on the spy (I'm sorry) are way over exaggerated, making it a little lame. I'm not saying that I could make anything better, but I do think that the spy could be improved by removing some of the glow and he should also have to bare skin showing. (I know that this doesn't only apply to the face, but there is no need to add criticism to this discussion) :) ;) :D :D ;D

Oh, and the goggles don't have to be kept to improve the spies appearance, since Ubi can be a little protective.  :P

Guggle

Sorry. No bare skin showing*

Ubi trademarked actual NV goggles?!? That's like trademarking the M16. I think you're just being paranoid.

Whoa, never thought of it that way. I think he's right  :-\  ;)

I'm not sure if I remember seeing anything specific, but I remember some copyright text about "splinter cell logo".  What other logo is there for splinter cell other than the trinocular goggles?  It may be copyrighted, I'm not sure if it can though...

I still prefer having 3 dots on one eye  :P

Better safe then sorry, I say. It's a grey area with copyright so why take take the risk to get sued?
