Idea - Video Communication

Hi everyone,

Forgive me if someone has already brought this up or it sounds like a completely stupid idea, I just wanted to purpose it.

What about a gadget which shows a first person view of your partners camera for the mercenaries in the top left corner of the screen... Not sure how helpful it would be as a gadget but I know it should be quite simple to make. This idea could also be used to help out your partner when in a different room by giving him instructions.

What do you think?

Sounds like an awesome idea, but it might be a little demanding on some computers.

I think it's overpowered. The fact that you can give him instructions is bad. He should be on his own and make his own decisions.

It would up the cool factor for spies in my opinion. Having a few of their screen in your corner would be pretty neat.

Don't get me wrong, it may be overpowered and the like, but it can't be all that bad. How often as a spy do you have to talk to your partner about what you see? Mine, here? You wouldn't be able to see it too clear either...

I agree with both of you guys. I could see that some people would attempt to TELL their partner what to do yet at the same time it could be a great teamwork tool. Timing and location with your partner could be a huge advantage.

i dont think its a bad idea. it would help in many ways almost like a cam net.

Make a PiP that looks like it's giving you your partner's location, but it's really just a smaller copy of your screen.

As for a gadget? Meh, i don't know. Either everyone always has a toggle-able vid screen of their partner in their hud, or no one does.
