Help finding a game.

Another help request to find a lost game.

So far what I remember was:

Set in future.

Futuristic Tank, 2 barrels, can shoot missiles and lasers.

Can summon troops, tanks, jets and bombers as well as a huge Ion Cannon.

You can build citadel and bases and etc.

Also on UI you were able to choose from 3 different options of Speed, Burst and Defense, and you were able to customize whichever you prefered.

I don't know, did you look trough http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ion_cannon. Has a list of games with Ion Cannons in them.

Nope, there was no results :/ The game is quite old and pixelated but definitely 3D.

Also you can create factories and stuff like that to be able to create different types of units...

Graphics are way too good, it's not it :( The game is very pixelated. I'd say it's about....640x480 graphics? Im not too sure.
