I turned Pastafarian a few days ago. See http://www.venganza.org/ and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Gospel_of_the_Flying_Spaghetti_Monster.
O, and if things really turn messy in this thread: I dont give a shit. Any action will be taken with respect to the placement of the sun, stars and intercontinental pirate ships.

What kind of religious people are these if they hate everything that moves.

I'm talking about these guys:
QuoteWestboro Baptist Church is best known for picketing funeral processions of soldiers killed in the Iraq War, but they hate everyone who doesnââ,¬â,,¢t share their literal interpretation of the Bible.
Religion is good for promoting happiness and a sense of purpose in an often dark world. Problem is, religions tend to polarize the already divisive lines between cultural groups, as some people cannot accept that NOT EVERYONE BELIEVES IN THE SAME THINGS AS THEM, AND "THEIR" RELIGION OR INTERPRETATION MIGHT NOT BE RIGHT.
I hope the real god is the Indian one. Brahma. Just so I can see that look on the Westboro Baptist Church's face.
The Flying Spaghetti Monster would be cooler. RAmen.
I'm Christian. Why do I find so many atheists online? It's so odd.
Because being Christian while every one else is too would be pointless?
Papaskull, the reason for that would be because, excluding America, most other English speaking countries have large amounts of atheists. I think it's something like only 15% of people in the UK regularly visit a church.
i doubt it's even that many
I don't think 15% of people in America regularly attend church either, but we are still mostly Christian. Just sayin.

that means 85% do attend church?
I actually think it means that 15% do... I am not sure I guess.
I mean that probably less than 15% of America regularly attends church. I don't, yet I'm a man of faith.
Papa Skull, In north America the attendance for church is 43% percent who go at least once a week. Although it's decreasing by about 1% each 2 years. Google it.
heres an interesting pic off wikipedia(wikimedia)

What's the gray?
Wow, I was totally off on that number Tidenburg. I live in a very liberal state and a lot of them do not attend church. Can't believe I didn't put that together and realize it was just my state, lol.
And that's an interesting map btw. What does the gray stand for? Is it not researched? I'm guessing in the middle east it's all in the reds but it doesn't show anything.
Inferno just beat me to it. What is the gray? I'm guessing the data was not taken in those areas yet.
thats pretty bullshit since people in Poland are surely much more religious than what you can see here.
