OK i can't stress this enough i believe project stealth needs flexibility in terms of
where you can place your spy traps and mines, I cannot stress how many fucking times gotten
that message.. Cannot place mine here.... or Spy trap is too far from the wall.. :|
as a merc like an art form you should be able to be creative to put spy traps and mines where ever you little heart desires, within reason..
like a side arm of a park bench, inside a tub. ( orphanage ) Also if a tub or some kinda of object is in a map i think it should be big enough you can stand in or crouch.
allowing to place mines/traps on thinner/curved objects and on the floor would be great.
one would also see more variety if laser mines explode instantly.
That's interesting, yeah it would be nice :).

I think the explode timer is too long at the moment, and should be decreased, but i dont think it should be instant.
Being able to manually angle the spytrap / mine laser maybe 40 degrees, so that the laser isnt always projected in a straight line would be cool aswell.
The laser mine shouldn't blowup after 3 beeps. Especially if they are as slow as they are. A simple beep *BOOM* seems like it would be legit AND balanced. Right now you can roll through them without them touching you b/c you can run behind a wall.

Imagine if there wasn't such thing. You could fill the corridors from club house with those and spies would never be able to get inside from Main hall. Another example is in Orphanage where you would be able to cover both, Laundry and Storage, with only 1...

by that i meant, example , monolith by the door , there's columns holding up the railing ..i wanted to put a spytrap on the wall to shoot in between the columns supporting the railing
but wouldn't let me :/ .
You have to understand we will still nag you when you are too far away from the wall, right? It would be odd if you could stand like 2 meters away from the wall and still place a mine. Though, I can assure our distance from wall will be a bit more flexible. I notied that with versus, you literally have to stand against the wall to be able to place a mine, which really is fucking annoying.
BTW. Coupld you use more describetive titles next time? I almost skipped this topic just because you noted it would contain a rant.
