Unless I'm reading it wrong, proxies won't work since you're only allowed to access certain websites.
OpenDNS... TOR... just inputting the IPs directly...
Weel you still have to get through your ISPs gateway -.-
Anyhow, if they don't block tor or openDNS it's a win.
Otherwise I'll fall back to my good ol' 56k phone modem.

They just voted AGAINST giving ISPs the right to remove access when a third-party (mostly IP stuff like French RIAA/MPAA) asks for it.
