If UT3 is released on Macs, and if UT3 on Macs support Total Conversions: yes (I hope).

afaik there's no mac version out yet, and i seriously doubt that there will be one. though i've heard that there's a mac version of the engine...

Yes, Rambo is right.  Like Crysis for Xbox or PS3 (which, btw, better not screw up the PC version)
