just reading through the december UDK Beta release notes, wow so mappers can build farm areas and tallgrass/ bamboo jungle in UDK with about as little performance hit as a static mesh...
plus native C++ code and dll function calls sounds good eh?
btw does PS use fracture meshes? want to know because it takes 60% of the time out of building destructable environment assets.
There are plans on making the tables and chairs in the Dining room destructable, as said in Zedblade's Dev Commentary.
