Title: Factory - What is the point of tazing the generator and putting the lights on?
Post by: DreadStunLock on August 13, 2010, 10:05:16 PM
Look at the topic name, I seriously do not get the point, I mean mercenaries cannot put it on why would a spy do it? Is it somesort of a danger zone if a spy shoots it by accident?

Lights up the environment as a trade-off to being inaudible.

It means you get some and you lose some to balance things out.

In a trade, you get some [product/service] and you lose some of (equal) value [money].

They would rather be not heard than not seen.  You can run around with generator on, you can't with it off.  People think it's worth it to turn the lights on for that perk.

So that what I was thinking, I tried to use mercenaries tazer to put the power on, seems it didn't do anything...which is kind of weird to me..
