Title: Settings...
Post by: Tidenburg on June 22, 2007, 08:35:22 PM
Since it's kinda spread through the forums lets make it into a single topic ;)

Suggest settings in the menu which should be added (aswell as the CT ones of course)

I would like:
~Alert -For the really hardcore player. Boosts hack time to 50 seconds but does not display and alert that  the terminal is being attacked
~Glue Times -Determines whether or not times can be carried across between terminals (DA hacking essentially)
~Team Hacking -Determines if the team has a shared time for hacking (Spies can both hack separate terminals to speed it up, if used with glue times then spies can hack toward on goal together not each like classic SC gameplay.
~Sectors -Display which sectors are open or closed (Probably used in deathmatch)

Add more...
:)

The Alert option would rather be game mode than an option...

but if its an option, you won't know who uses it, while if its a game mode, you will know to watch out, and everyone will have same chanses for win

Also, for changing equipment we need deselect/select all feature. Then you could easily add mode where its no gadgets just hacking and guns ;)

Why. Variety adds more depth so the game appeals to a wider audience. If its gonna attract more people and it won't be that hard to add. Why not add it in?
