The file has no extensions of any sort by the way.

I can't even google it either.

If you didn't build the PC yourself, it's probably an artifact from the system builders.

Yeah, I'm guessing it's something to do with the OOBE.

I did build it myself, can I just delete it or? I just reinstalled my Windows.
