k i never used maya but i did a quick search and actually found a really in-depth navigation and sculpting video ... exceelnt

i have to say mudbox is simply amazing , ive never imagined it could be so intuitive to add amazing detail like that without hand modeling .

ill be back to drop all of your jaws and make you squirm that im 1337 and you aint , except you goodkebab , youll know .

oh one last question if i could plz ... is there a way to subdivide without the nurms effect ? i simply want the existing polys in each quad divded , not smoothed together .

Chamfer the edges before exporting it into mudbox.

there are also options when you smooth.
