We have very little to sell the project on....no playable demo yet, so it will be hard to sell ourselves until next year.

i've given you the login months ago and today i've given it to frvge so there should be no problem.
btw, a trailer should be created at the earliest possible stage for promotion. in which stage is the animation work for the merc? the picture on the beta map looked downright sexy ;)

Got 2 version of the MSN logo that was mentioned, I personally like the Black version. It will also fit better within the theme of ModDB.

White:

Black:

Edit:
Oh, and please remove this from the frontpage:
QuoteThese are the positions we need most:

Lead Programmer
-be able to work with Unreal engine 3.0, making a Total Conversion mod of Unreal Tournment 2007 upon release.

We have enough already...

QuoteYea, that happens in the mornings. The leading mod got back to 400, aswell. The same happened last morning (we were 85, then 400 and something then 37 and ended as 13). I believe it has something to do with page views...???

QuoteThe Top 100 Mods and Indie Games of 2007 will not be announced on the 20th of December as originally planned but will instead be unveiled on the 22nd of December. We have decided to push back the date to include 48hours more voting due to a few reasons:

- A rule amendment which states any mod released in 2006 which has not released a significant new version in 2007 (and has made the top 100 before) will not be eligible to make the top 100 in 2007
-The voting is currently very tight from the 90 to 110 mark with only a handful of votes separating the competitors, so we felt an extra 48hours of voting may come in handy... especially when you consider the following:
-This years top 100 mods will be showcased on the AMD! Game website as well as Mod DB and considering this site sees 4 million gamers a month, this represents an amazing opportunity for the top 100 to reach a different big audience of people and companies beyond the Mod DB

As always good luck to all developers, modders we encourage you to make the most of the next few hours because you don't want to just miss out on making this years top 100!

Don't fraud....

By saying that you can kick us out of the competition (since they will check if people do such things, eventually they will see your post asking people to do so).

As long as we stay in the top 100, it's alright, it's only the first phase. When there are only 100 mods left, people will look for an other game to vote on.

Alright, we made it to phase 2.

Visit the page, and vote under the "Unreal Tournament 3" button (somewhere at the bottom).

Also note: "You may only vote for it once. Any mod found falsely submitting double-votes will be INSTANTLY DISQUALIFIED."

Edit (thanks Binary):
Just to further clarify, you CAN vote a second time now that we have made it to phase 2. HOWEVER: trying to register another account and voting a second time will disqualify us, so DO NOT DO THAT.

Guys, please don't push it at Ubi. I'm actively trying to get the thing resolved. While I am not responsible for your actions, and I can see the point of them, please don't make them angry.

I didn't push them really. The title of the thread was mod of the year. And mentioned at the end that they should vote for our mod. It was in the off topic forum as well. I'm not banned, but the thread has been deleted. I have no idea how many saw it. I guess I should have just said to vote for mod of the year and not mentioned ours, it probably would have stayed on the board. Ah well...

My god, what the fuck do they care what happens with this mod anyways?  I thought they had "bigger and better" plans for the splinter cell series.  They dropped the SvM gameplay, you guys took it up, they need to let it go!  Seriously.

I got banned there from simply saying Project Stealth and more you ban stronger we get. LoL

Been a member since march 2004 for splinter cell.  Oh well the series is dead.

my thread got locked for "trying to start conversation about project stealth" because I quoted somthing from this site (the subject was somthing COMPLETELY different) another thing which really -blam!-s me off is how -blam!-ing -blam!- the -blam!-ing moderators are!

Hi ;)
The Mode Project Stealth will be free or not ?
you know what will be Minimum (and Recommended) System Requirements for  PS ? (similar at UT3?)
Good job for the video of the spy/mercenary (nice skins!)  :)

PS will be free, unless we get an official license of the UE3.
Mods have to be free, according to the license of UT3.

Minimum specs will be close to UT3's.

wth is up with the countdown clock on moddb. it says theres still 1day and 18 hours left, however the contest is supposed to end on 1st january. unless i'm in some sort oftime warp here, the countdown will make the contest end on 3rd january for me (and 2nd jan for some others)

Unreal3 isn't even one of the top 6 modded games.

For people like me who don't read the site:

Because of extension of the 1st phase, the 2nd phase voting ends the 3rd.

I really hope PS wins, but compared to others I don't think we've done enough to attract a big enough fan base and not enough was on show for the "reviewers" to look at.
Hopefully they take more factors into consideration...

What would you choose as a player? These are only the player awards. A player will only vote on stuff that looks the fanciest, is already playable etc, not on some kind of unreleased mod... Editor's on the other hand, they will look to more factors (like originality, Stealth games can be counted on two hands really).
