Ok.. one thing i will say that really pissed me off about chaos theory was the fuck up of the motion sensors..

if you throw a chaff by sensor that is hanging above adoor.. it should go out like in pt.. i don't know why in ct they didn't fix that =/ .. someone mind explaining ?

Yeah, that should be fixed.  I don't know how many overhead sensors will in this game though, shouldn't be that big of a deal.

well that's what i'm suggesting the whole time: give chaff a slightely larger radius and remove the ability to work through walls.

but it's should work around corners if the mine is in the radius

It won't impact gameplay that much because you can just shoot it around the corner anyways.

you want a chaff that hits the floor to take out a security that is near the ceiling?!?!?!  this would require buffing the chaff and it doesnt need a buff.  if you really want to take out motion sensors with chaff so badly, put the chaff on a ledge near the alarm but its really better and quicker just to shoot it out.

The only way to do this that would be balanced is to have chaff auto-explode when it hits walls, but then you wouldn't be able to perform bank shots.

Just shoot the damn motion sensor for crying out loud.

I dont think any map designer would put a motion sensor somewhere it would set off before you could disable it.

what about when the chaf is shot with your gun it goes off instantly instead of that dumb delay.

could actually work fine if there was still the possibility to shoot it with a delay so it bounces off the wall around corners.
