In case you haven't voted yet in the _second phase_ of the moddb.com MOTY awards:
1: go to www.moddb.com
2: log in or register and then log in
3: go to http://www.moddb.com/events/2007-mod-of-the-year-awards/top100
4: scroll down to the bottom and then click "Unreal Tournament 3"
5: click the "Click to Vote" button on the left side of "Project Stealth"
6: make sure the "Click to Vote" button has changed to "Voted".
