Anyone seen the video on the Xbox Spotlight? It looks soo good!

I'm glad you're a prototype big daddy and can still be agile and sneaky, the thought of being the massive ones isn't all that appealing. :)

speaking of which Prototype kicks the shit out of bioshock anyday.

Played Death Toll and Dead Air today in versus land.

Bring down the console and type the following:

callvote changemission airport (This is Dead Air)
callvote changemission smalltown (This is Death Toll)

you have to launch a game before you can do it, but before you start just call the vote and it will switch. There are no real ways for smokers or boomers to climb, but quite fun regardless.

you can climb all sorts of things. you see those useless pipes? That's what the AI boomer/smokers use for climbing, they are just not marked.

Finished the game with the good ending. :D Nice game, definately the best style/mood of all the games I've played (includes Splinter Cell). I think the feeling is a bit the same as with Prey. But Bioshock is better.
play the games i suggested, and you'll thik BioShock is crap

But they didn't choose to be Little Sisters! You can't just KILL them. Also, this game probably features the best story/plot-twists and atmosphere i've ever seene in a game before. I hope Bioshock 2 just gets rid of the somewhat repetitive splicers-in-every-room bit. You kind know what to expect after a certain point.

Frolic was awesome! The "statues" scared the shite outta me :P

Also, the good ending is FARR better than the submarine ones.

ANND, on normal mode the splicers became sponges toward the end, really quickly. One minute a few shots would do and the next they took a few rounds! I also had very little money, ADAM and EVE towards the end. Thank god for Ryan's genetic code. ;D
if you think it's that good, then you must play System Shock 2, and both of the STALKERs. Both are seriously superior in almost everyway Especially stalker, but system shock 2 is rather old, but it's the precursor to BioShock, and bioshock is pretty much SS2 with a lot of stuff taken out, and then noobed down for the console masses

Will you guys keep the merc's perspective TOTALLY in First Person? (except when dead, of course). i always loved that when you're grabbed, over the edge, or anything, you're ALWAYS in first person. most games take the lazy way out (L4D and it's healing animation comes to mind) and just go into 3rd person. Please?

QuoteI would love a gadget that helps you to get to areas usually only accessible by coop moves.
If coop is done right, ala Club House, Factory, and Orphanage, instead of stupid like Station, then this won't be necessary.

what was wrong with station?

Hey guys , I just noticed this that ct doesn't give you an option to say why the player was kicked

I think  it would be nice if  maybe you  guys could incorporate that, like example

Kicked  reason: friend coming in.

Kicked : Afk..    just so the fact that people don't think your a total ass and will come back in cause you gave them a reason..

i cant remember... is there an in-game kick option? If not, why not put in a vote kick, shouldnt be too hard as it's in UT3

The variable speed thing was in PT, and it sucked big ass. You couldn't just start running, you had to waste a second to scroll the wheel all the way up to max speed. It sucked.

hmmm maybe have two keys or w/e for variable speed? Mouse wheel for variable. a key for toggle?

why isnt Aquarius being remade? it was the best map
Maybe. It was a bit unbalanced though, when mercs just camped tech and the corridor pir-greek.
I'd much rather see Orph or Warehouse ::)
^Yes I know I contradict myself here.

it might have been, maybe, but i liked the dynamic objectives. also, project stealth is it's own entity, they can balance it all they want :)

you guys think you'll have that extra-cool "big explosion" level-altering map-specific stuff? like in steel squat, factory, and even small things like in Aquariums (which i must ask, why isnt Aquarius being remade? it was the best map)

in the next year or so? pre-alpha as in having the visions almost totally done, and able to walk around in the levels. MAYBE some EEs.
