I have a question (don't know if it ok if i post it here)
How you guys will make shadows for the merc? Now when I animate merc (from fps view) the rig contains arms and the gun, but no body.  So how will you make the shadows of the body?

No body? Why did you choose to let that out? I find it pretty enjoyable to be able to see my feet while looking down or being crouched.

Personal awareness is not in PS. It causes all kinds of problems and we can spend our time better with fixing other things.

I think voor a SP it's not ok when you can't see it. But when you play MP there is more action so you kinda don't have the time to look at you feet

Merc hud is nice . It gives a feeling for the game , no hud at all as spy is bad imho . To less detail will probably make players uncomfortable .

Merc hud is A stuff material . Spy hud is B- material imho , needs more to appear(and stay there) , i know you don't want your view to be blocked ( Spekkio da whinzor) but without anything on it , it won't feel like a sc game .....

I mean i want to see stuff on my monitor not just the level . The curve looks sweet .

Looks like the hud in double agent.... This was the first thing I noticed and hated in da. Looks good but just gets in the way.

Gonna ninja jump back to these forums to say, I like the HUD. The 3D effect is awesome and while I see what people are saying about the compass I think it adds to the overall 'feel' of being high tech when you're playing as the merc. That said, the curvature lines come just a TAD too far into the screen. Maybe push them out a tiny bit and shift the compass up. :3

No self awareness is a tad annoying but I'll live.

Don't give the merc a health bar, just give him a health icon and make it flash when he's on half health.

The skybox for the map looks really weird in the first pictures. It looks a bit too bright considering how dark the scene is.

Gosh! Most of you guys always have some problems with lightning! Enjoy the view it looks perfect!

Lighting is something that's pretty easy to sense when it's off. All I'm saying is that the skybox looks far too bright considering nowhere on the cliff-faces is lit... (I understand the light is coming from behind the rock face).

I think it's just the bloom (?) that makes it look that way. However, I wish the cliffs were lit/detailed better.
