It's too much easy to parkour in AC and this isn't the Parkour spirit what is all about challenges, self-control et pushing his own limits farther... a way of life like many other sport, art or even science.

I dunno, I've always hated fighting controls to get my character to do mundane stuff like balance on rails and stuff.

I don't think the game benefits by making unopposed tasks harder. Now it would be good to have a spy that got shot fall while balancing. But I don't think it should be difficult to balance by default.

Easy and intuitive controls help the gameplay IMO.

I agree.

Thats one thing i liked about DA how the controls for spy were so smooth and it was much easier to get into vents ect.

Halo 2-3 prove the opposite

That's not controls.  That's how responsive vents are to you jumping in their area.  And yea, the vents should be much easier to get into than CT because a lot of the time you had to jump into it perfectly.

Halo 2 and 3 prove nothing.  The controls weren't even hard or easy.  They were about right to get the hang of.

I was talking about: easy controls can hurt the game. It actually hurts Halo.

Ah right...  What really hurts it is the community, and the fact that other shooters are much better gameplay wise - and it was overhyped.

Not really. No.

Halo 2 IMO suffers from imbalanced weapons (sniper rifle is basically god), most of the weapons just plain suck.

It also suffers from having a ridiculously slow walking speed that seems to resemble a tactical shooter like rainbow 6, but doesn't have any of the actual tactical elements.

The ease of the controls have little to do with it.

Halo 2 is balanced in two ways: weapon range & normal VS power weapons.
Halo isn't R6 and this type of weapon balance is related to "weapon control over the map".  Thought, it doesn't mean it'S the best way to balance a game.

When I meant easy controls, I mean: to perform a strike, you simply have to be close from a player and strike. The lunging move will automatically aim toward your enemy and perform a general damage what means... no difference if you aim or not the head = easy & noob.

You have a sword? Same thing...
Anyway I'm not going to start a halo debate, it would never end.

Halo 2 balanced?  Not even close.  This is the game that made me hate campers.

Hyrage

For sure I see what you mean with no more explanations lol... other than not even close.
Please continue... lol

The radar is a big factor for camping, what isn't about the weapons.
