We can't say wheter or not we will implement something, there will be a whole team-discussion before anything gets an official word. For now, just the core, then all the new ideas, I learned a lot about managing a project last few months and doing a little bit of this and a little bit of that isn't going to work.

You can be assured I do READ the ideas and only drop in if I think it's going the wrong way (Ahum: Tazer-Flamethrower...).

I hope that answered your concerns.

Ahem, just because you can't imagine it doesn't mean it's unimaginable.  On topic. :)

And I agree with Freeman. Tick tock, while kinda classic, is like taking an unnecessary step.  If it's ready, show it.  If it's not ready, go work on it!  Lol.

Well, we usually don't have many things to show. I could release an idling animation, but that is just stupid. It will work out better when we have more animations and then release something that looks more like the real thing.

- Get rid of the tick tock crap and just say the news / updates as they come. Even if its just a small thing every week or two, it will reassure people the project is still moving forward.
Tick Tocks stay for the reasons of: builds excitement, more exposure, gives us a few days to tweak stuff, re-render if necessary, slap logos on stuff, re-record voice-overs, upload to mirrors and so on.
As long as I make the Tick Tock's deadline within reasonable time, it stays.

Also, if I wanted people to vote for me on MOTY, I would consider getting people to look at your game by releasing somthing new. I'm not saying this just to get somthing. But there's no denying it draws in a crowd (also, I think people who are "watching" the mods get an alert on moddb).

That is correct. There's a reason why I haven't done that tho. You'll see after the results of Top-100 have been released. ;)

I'm not talking about releasing anything in this point. I was asking why you (Dev team) were so secretive as to what you're doing, not for you to show us what you're doing. Example: "Well the dev team has something totally awesome planned that could totally change PS...but we're not going to tell you". I understand a lot of these ideas that you guys have are JUST ideas, and wont actually make it into the game or whatever, but its still nice for us all to be on the same page.

Could the above not all be done before you post a topic in the presentation forum saying 'new stuff or tick tock'?

I think he means the devs say stuff such as "but we have a solution in mind for that" as though we know what it is when really it comes across to the uninformed like you're taunting us about the fact you know something we don't.

Personally, I don't agree. But i'm just clarifying.
