New idea : Swift movements

Alright , this is what i was thinking would be cool to have and would shift  Project stealth in a new direction
is that, well what i find lacking in the current game of chaos theory or versus mode is:

Scenario : Merc charges,  But spy wants to get away but he cant and ends up getting charged,

My idea :  Just like real life , I think the spy should be able to put his back to wall or even side step in a split second so he uses the merc's momentum against him so then the merc ends up running past em and the spy can go about his business ( giving another way to piss off the merc )

Another Case scenario : the spy is in the ceiling and the merc throws a grenade , the spy ends up rolling in the ceiling and ends up dying by the grenade.

My idea: Spy rolls in the ceiling but rolls off the side / fast enough so evades the grenade by millisecond.

Assuming that the charge will always go in a straight line, no change is needed, since you can do all of this manually.

Yup, although it might be nice to be able to control direction during a charge. As far as I know though, it's not auto-aim anymore which is very good :P.

I think if you fix the hit-detection issues, which aren't PS's hit detection issues so all should be fine, then the problem won't exist anymore.  I hope in PS if you get hit by a charge it has to be completely your fault.  Hopefully there won't be any or as much netcode issues in this.

To make it balanced, make it so you can only do the move once per life or even per round.  That way you can't keep using it to stay alive indefinitely just because you can mash the keys really fast.

If spies chooses to get close to a merc there should be consequences for them making mistakes. If a spy ram infront of you common sense would tell you to hit him down rather than to spin around trying to shoot him, and if you beserked instead you're leaving yourself open to an easy grab. So really there is no sense in limiting your ability to charge. Besides that, who with any sense would "mash the keys really fast" to charge someone?

The only issues with charging in CT are that the hit-detection isn't good enough, and that charging aims towards a player automatically. There is no reason to limit how many charges you can do.

by that i don't mean mash the keys really fast,  I was proposing this idea because  Spy versus Merc has always been about thinking on your feet against  good players and alike , and if such moves were added i feel it would really raise the options you have to your arsenal  Hence Spies are supposed to be very acrobatic / alot of agility.

1 word: Punctuation!

It will make it way more readable, even when typing crappy English.

And use Mozilla Firefox (http://www.firefox.com) with the English dictionary installed, it will correct you and even suggest words.

I agree. Soldium, can you at least TRY to make correct sentences? Use a spelling checker. They are all over the web.
