Ok...so there was a topic and some people find that the fps camera of mercenary isn't good ( http://community.projectstealthgame.com/forums/index.php/topic,2285.45.html )
and FarleyFan has asked me to make a poll so we can all vote which fps cam is better.
here it is.

PS: if you have a alternative camera view pls post it also here somewhere

Succubus Dryad Of The Undying Comet

Other: Keep the angle like it is in the left one, and lower the whole gun.
It just looks unnatural as it is.

Gawain

just moving it to the right won't do the trick. the gun model is just too fat. fix that and lower the gun 20-35% till it looks natural.

Serg

i didn't make the models, (i only animate them)

I like the look of the new gun position. I don't have the same problem with the model that Rambo has.

EDIT: I figured this is kind of important to the discussion in this thread....

Just try to get it to the spot where the CT gun used to be, it never obstructed your vision too much and - or I've just never encountered someone claiming it does - you're firing from the hip anyway, you'll bring that scope in view when you need to start sniping, no point in it obstructing 25-30% of your FoV.

VaNilla

New position is miles better. Personally I think that something like the position in Counter Strike is best, here's a few examples :).

The scope in Counter Strike is also quite nice, there's no animation either which is a good thing as it's faster :).

Farley4Fan

After seeing what monterto posted I think that the new one is great but needs to be lowered a tiny bit.

I still voted new.

Gawain

the right one reminds me of pt, too. oh i'm getting nostalgic...  :)

i simply think it's a bad idea to obstruct that much vision with something totally unimportant gameplay-wise.
i'd set the css screens as the upper limit of screen obstruction.

My opinion is left screen but a bit moved back. Look on CT scope it's down of the screen, there rifle scope should be moved similiar.  ;D

I don't want to see 1/3 of mercenary arm.
