Speaking off gadgets, what PS removes and keeps the same?

I know this is noobish, but will there be Flares? Backpacks? Tazers? I am asking this not because I use them (Well I use them against pros and fail that about it) but I was just thinking will PS Devs keep them? Just to symbolize the older versus?

What about weapons? Is rifle the only thing that will be to choose? Because I do not mind when people use Shotguns in story on my servers since I know the huge disadvantage of it, but I do not allow Uzi since it's unlimited range is ridicilous. Will they make any new weapons? (Please no more Grenade Launcher for spies jokes  :P)

From my limited knowledge it seems as if all the weapons will be appearing in PS that were in CT. Some unique balance-like fixes on them, but generally the same stush.

Whether there will be any NEW gadgets is still a big question.

We haven't modeled guns other than the rifle yet. It looks like the others might be added later.

It's fine that you guys want to brainstorm on some intricate ranking system, but the bottom line is that the game has been in production for over 4 years now. What in the world makes you think that they will be able to build this intricate system and additional achievements without sacrificing game content that actually matters?

"Well, we have a beta where the game crashes everytime the spy grabs a merc and he uses the tazer while held, but thank god we can unlock moar spy skins!"

Ranking systems without a robust automatch feature don't work. The only people who care about building points for achievements are fat 12 year olds, people who get beat up at school, fat adults who don't have jobs because they played too many video games as a fat 12 year old, and Korean immigrants.

I troll because I care. And because people have become dumber I guess. I mean....this game may not ever end up coming out, and we are trying to implement systems that are unneeded. What matters is a good game, not a good way to rank up. This won't be as good as CT in its first release (good chance, don't hate me). We should be thinking of easier ways to make this game fun than more ways to include stuff.
