Hardcore Mode or something?

What do you something about a Hardcore Mode or something like that, for experienced players that wants it more competive.
Like :

Some Hud Elements are missing...
Limited Ammo....
Dieing faster...
Being longer flashed...

for example.

What do you thing?

Sounds like Mutators on Unreal Tournament. I wouldn't doubt that it'd be fun, especially if the game is programmed(?) to easily change those things.

Whether or not there needs to be a Hardcore grouping of those options, I think, would only be possible after people play around with them for a while and figure out what grouping is most popular. Since we could sit here and make a list of what would make things harder than crap for both sides to play, but that doesn't mean people would actually want to play with them. There should definitely be some choices on things to turn on/off in the game options though.
