Match Time

How long should matches be in the Versus. Now that we might have more (mercs have more and spies have more) eq with possibly bigger maps, should the time increase?

Also, how many objectives will have to be hacked? Are they timed (how long/hack)? Are there drop-offs?

Have we figured out just the basics? If so I don't remember, so I pose these questions.

Depends on a lot of things, too soon to talk about it.  As soon as we get maps designed, spawn points, and objectives added, we should talk about this.

I think the map makers should work to keep it =< 12 min

yeah it should stay <= 12min, because i don't want to be bounded for longer than 25 minutes (time for revenge included).
with lower hacking timers, aggro is enforced; with higher timers, stealth and, above all, too big maps.
there's really no problem with the current timers, so why bother?

Yea I also think it shouldn't go much further than that.

Yeah, 15 minutes as an absolute max.


I certainly dont' want those stupid 20 minute DA rounds.
