True, but most people who even take the time to come to the site and browse around will be decently interested, then to register and make posts, hopefully that will weed out any 12 year olds. I think its good to "get the word out" so to speak. Its the only effective way to pull in new people and to get people excited about it.

Also,  noobs cannot be avoided,  but neither should we avoid them.  I do not encourage an elitist attitude, because  the success of such projects is based on the player base.

it's a good idea to spread the word, but the gameplay must be adjusted clearly for the vets.
if the beta is kickass, i'm sure everyone here got some friends that would like to give it a try anyways, working like a pyramid scheme ;D

I suggested to Binary we could post some trailers on Youtube. Maybe jam in some common keywords to get some people looking at it. Other advertising ideas could be posting on places like Filefront, UT3 and any other places for people who are fans of Splinter Cell and stealth action games.

Those are the kinds of ideas that we don't really need when it's being devoloped, and will only lead to flaming.
