Small change in policy

Hey guys,

I'll be getting a little bit more modding now that we have some more publicity, so:

- please don't call eachother names.
- please minimize the use of expletives.
- for heated debates, when the previous points aren't met, please take it to a Private Message.

These are guidelines, not rules, but I'd like you all to follow them.
I'll be editing a bit more.

These guidelines will probably fade over time.

All in all, please don't do stuff that might make visitors frown.

Sounds good to me. I'd hope that splinter cell players are more mature then those 12 year old halo 3 players.  I know we are.  Its gona be fun the next year and beyond.
