I like floyd because there is so much variations, phycedellic pop in the 60's, electronic progressive early 70's, then to hard rock(animals and wall).  It is sad that they split up, but at least gave dave a chance to lead the band.  I did see roger waters live and it was sooo good, very true to floyd, if you haven't seen roger water's dvd it is fantastic.  Looks better then pulse and has dogs!  Pulse is my second fav floyd dvd.
