Scope vs. from the hip

I'm not sure if this has been discussed (and i dont want to read 13 pages of the fix list), but I think its ridiculous that shooting from scoped does more damage than from the hip. Is anything going to be done about this?

I think it's fine, because the rate of fire is cut so drastically.

its fine imo. Especially if we will have the rof from PT then it shouldn't really matter.

If the damage weren't increased, why would you ever use the scope? Your ROF is cut by 1/2-1/3, and you have to click every single shot.

I liked it myself, but I just couldn't find any reasoning why it would be so.

yeah scope has to do more damage. Otherwise it'd suck.

If it didn't do more damage, then you would HAVE to get a headshot to get a kill with it, unless the spy was already weak.
