Hundreds of songs isn't that many.

Get the 8800 GT if your into it. Best bang for your buck.

I know, I just got it 1 month ago.  It's filling up pretty fast.  I'd say in a few more months I'll have over a thousand.  And like 10 more movies.

I'll check out the 8800 GT, thanks guys.

Any other suggestions guys?  I've looked into the 8800 GT.  It's a contender.  I'd just like a little more options.

Bob_Bobber0

The 8800GT outperforms all others in its price range and even some higher priced nvidia cards. Its the best. I've done a bunch of research.

Farley4Fan

You think it will run crysis on high settings?  I believe all my other hardware is equipped to do so, just not the medium quality vid card it came with.

And they try and show it as a brand new never invented feature that only Apple has.

Oh wait, so its just like the brand new vista graphical layout which has been in macs for long time ?
They even copied 3d chess...

Papa if you want something uber, just wait for 9800.

Cyntrox

A lot of people have had problems running CT on nVidiia 8000 series. You should probably know that.

Personally, on my laptop with a 8400M GS, I get about 2 FPS on SC, it I can run Crysis. A friend of mine with some 8000 card doesn't see the flashlight.

im telling you go with ATI not nvidia, back in the day i had a radeon 9800 PRO (it was brand new cost me 700$) and it kicked ass and still does for CT, now i have a laptop with a ATI X1600 M and it kicks even more ass, btw with vista and hyper memory it boosted the card up to 1GB video memory.

QFE, I'm still very happy with my x1600 PRO. Even though it won't run the latest games on superhigh (the old ones do though :D), it still looks surprisingly good and runs real fast. I dont have a PCI-Express version like you though, so I can't boost it :(

its true that the nvidia cards dont render the flashlight and some dynamic lights in CT, but for current games the 8800GT is fine, Yea I know people who run Crysis in Dx10 fine with great framerates. You could get the Radeon HD3870 or something like that, it has better specs than the 8800GT, but the 8800GT performs better in benchmarks.
