Join In Progress.....

Because everyone else is doing it, I'm just throwing out ideas, and I'm a tech noob so I'm sorry if what I'm suggesting is not possible but...............
I think it would be a good idea if, when you're in a game and you lack one or two players on you're server, a player directly joining the game from the lobby list. By this I mean that the joining player does not enter as a spectator, rather he/she instantly spawns in the map as a spy, a merc, whatever you happen to be lacking. I think the idea would be good, especially if you don't want to waste time going back to the lobby everytime somebody new joins.
Feel free to debate this in a manner that doesn't rip my ass off please. ;D
